Doctor of Economics (Ph.D.). Master of Public Administration. Has more than 16 years of work experience, of which more than 12 years of experience as a Public Servant in the field of regional policy, self-government development, public policy analysis, elaborationg of strategic documents and management of targeted programs and projects for regional and local development.

Moreover, she has participated in more than 30 educational programs, training courses and conferences, both locally and internationally.
