PhD in Public Health, Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Georgia. Dr. Ketevan has completed courses in Health Economics and Policy at the London School of Economics, Improving the Quality of Health Services at the Harvard School of Public Health, Public Policy Analysis for Civil Servants (funded by the UN Population Programme), Methods of Economic Evaluation of Health Programs at the Athens National School of Public Health, and Program Planning and Evaluation at the University of Scranton. With over 10 years of teaching experience in areas such as health service quality, health economics, health information systems, and artificial intelligence, Dr. Ketevan has taught at both the University of Georgia and Ilia University. He is the author of more than 20 publications.

Dr. Ketevan is the Head of the Health Policy Division of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs and has 20 years of experience in public policy analysis, policy planning, monitoring and evaluation. At various times, she performs expert work on behalf of the World Health Organization, the World Bank, and the United States Agency for International Development in the field of health policy and health financing systems
