Ph.D. candidate in Business Management, with a research focus on entrepreneurship and the psychology of startup decision-making. Tiko holds an Executive MBA from NYU Stern and is currently a STEM OPT holder in the United States.

She has over 20 years of leadership experience across strategy, operations, investment, and organizational growth.

Currently serving as a Supervisory Board Member at Hualing Holding, Tiko oversees the group’s multifaceted business units, ensuring operational excellence, financial sustainability, innovation, and brand integrity. She is also the Strategy and Operations Head for a Stanford University–backed technology product, where she leads executional strategy and market expansion.

Tiko is a Forbes contributor and author of The Power of No, a strategic guide on leadership, empowerment, and decision-making. She is an active member of -founded investment consortium in the U.S founded by an NYU alumni group of diverse business professionals , which funds tech-focused startups and early-stage ventures.

Throughout her career, she has worked in C-level roles, advised growth-stage companies, and managed turnaround strategies. She is deeply committed to mentoring young entrepreneurs and supporting women in business through coaching and accelerator programs across Europe and the U.S.
