Holder of a master's degree in the field of Urban/Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH, USA as well as a holder of a master’s degree in the field of Architecture earned at the Georgian Technical University. With more than 20 years of experience working with various international development agencies serving on various managerial positions in project planning, management and implementation. Among them he has experience working in international positions outside of Georgia in the fields of architecture, urban planning and development activities. Educational-pedagogical activities include planning and implementing short-term training courses, as well as the preparation and reading of lecture courses at various higher education institutions in Georgia in the fields of urban planning, urban management and architecture. The practical activities carried out are largely related to the areas of decentralization, regional, urban and local planning in various parts of Georgia over the past 30 years. In addition to the experience of working in the non-governmental and private sectors, the work is also related to consulting services related to the fields of local government reform, urban planning and various real-estate development.
