A brief description of the experience

Sociology doctoral student at Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, holding both bachelor's (2018) and master's (2020) degrees in sociology from the same institution. She brings practical experience to both higher educational institutions and a research organization. Since 2018, she has worked as a researcher-analyst at the Institute of Social Studies and Analysis (ISSA), accumulating over 5 years of valuable experience in practical research. Additionally, she has over 3 years of experience as an invited lecturer, teaching theoretical and practical sociology courses at the bachelor's and master's levels. Her expertise extends to conducting trainings, having developed an introductory course module on sociological research methods for students in projects like the 'Platform for Social Dialogue.' Engaged in practical research at both organizational and individual levels, she collaborates with local and international organizations, including the World Health Organization, UN agencies, the Center for Social Justice, and more. Collaborative projects are underway with various Georgian ministries such as Education and Science, IDPs, Labor, Health and Social Protection, Environmental Protection and Agriculture, among others. Recipient of a grant from the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation, she is also an author of numerous scientific articles, with recent publications in the Scopus-indexed international refereed journal 'European Education.'
