A brief description of the experience

Juris Doctor, Master of Economics. He received both academic degrees at Tbilisi State University. He has 15 years of experience in Public Finance Management and Analysis. He is the author of scientific articles in the field of Intellectual Property Law, more specifically, Geographical Indications and Appellations of Origin. He has 4 years of experience of delivering lectures in Public Administration, Public Finance, International Law, Roman Law, Management Basics, and also has extensive experience in conducting seminars and trainings. He participated in a number of conferences, both at the local and international level, and participated in a number of study visits as well.
