A brief description of the experience

Master of Public Administration from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). His practical experience related to public service includes various positions. He has over 4 years of experience in project management, public service design, delivery, and quality assurance. He has over 2 years of consultancy and training experience in Public Administration Reform (PAR), public service design, delivery, quality assurance, and e-governance issues at the national and local levels. Nika has more than 2 years of teaching experience in Local Governance and Politics, Public Policy Analysis, and Public Service Management, and at the same time has experience consulting and supporting Public Administration Reform (PAR) in Georgia.

Courses: 

• Fundamentals of Public Service Management;
• Public Service Management.

Projects:

• Facilitating the implementation of Public Administration Reform(PAR) by improving the provision of public services and information security in the country
• SRMIDP/C/SSS/MSDA/01- 2019 / Software Platform Development for provision of improved municipal services, covering (i) spatial and urban planning; (ii) asset management, and (iii) project cycle management
