M.A. of Public Policy from the Central European University (CEU. Vienna, Austria) with a concentration in Economics. Also a scholarship holder of the Central European University and the International Education Center. His practical experience is related to public institutions and includes various positions. Has about 10 years of experience in project management and research. With 5 years of consulting, capacity building and training experience, he is involved in the development of training programs related to public policy and administration and has relevant experience in conducting training programs for civil servants at the national and local levels with GIZ. Has 6 years of teaching experience in public sector economics. At the same time, he has solid experience of working in the public and civil sector: Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, Tourism Administration of Georgia, Civil Society Foundation, etc. He was also an honorary member of the Fulbright Commission.
