Tinatini's professional career begins in 2009, when she successfully completed her studies at the Tbilisi Professional Development Center and started working there as a network administrator. Since 2011, she has been leading the Information Technology Service of the Mermis College. Since 2018 she has been working at GIPA as a IT manager of the school of journalism.
