Head of Center of Local Government

Elisabed Sofromadze reads Local Self-Government and Public Administration courses at GIPA. She is the head of Regional Development Center. Mrs. Elisabed is an author of researches and publications. She cooperates with various international organizations. She conducts trainings for local civil servants in local government issues by the invitation of NDI and IRI. She also conducts trainings in project management, strategic planning and advocacy. By the invitation of GIZ she provides expert assistance to the municipalities of Kakheti region in developing action plans and municipal priority documents.
