Today, teenagers constantly have a smartphone in hand - but our goal is to transform it from "digital noise" into a powerful tool for self-expression. Photography is not just pressing a button; it is a decision about how to see the world, what to keep in the frame, and what to leave out.

What Do Parents and Students Gain?
One outdoor session per week gives teenagers the opportunity to break away from routine, observe their environment, become more attentive to details, and gain self-confidence. By the end of the course, each student will have their own photo project - the result of their individual vision.
Certificate
Upon successfully completing the program, participants will receive a certificate.

Technical Details
Duration: 2 months, 8 sessions (once a week), on Saturdays or Wednesdays, between 15:00 and 19:00.
Registration
Persons interested in the program must complete the registration form.

The registration deadline is May 4, 2026. After registration, an interview with the admissions committee will be held.
Classes will begin during the week of May 6, 2026.

Selection Criteria:
Leli Blagonravova - Documentary photographer and photojournalist with over 30 years of professional experience. Since 1995, she has been covering significant political events, wars, civil movements, and social transformations both in Georgia and in an international context.
Her documentation of the events of November 7, 2007, and the 2008 Russo-Georgian War brought her national and international recognition. For her coverage of the 2008 war, she was awarded the Order of Honor.
She served as the personal photographer of Georgia's fourth president, Giorgi Margvelashvili, and has collaborated with international organizations - UNICEF, UNDP, and UN Women - on social development and gender equality projects.
Since 2005, she has been teaching photojournalism and documentary photography at Georgian universities. Her academic interests include visual narrative, the ethics of documentary photography, and the role of photography in shaping historical memory.
In 2018, she founded her own portrait studio. She is currently working on authored photo books and continuing doctoral research in the field of photography.
