Troy University

Troy University is a public university in Troy, Alabama. It was founded in 1887 as Troy State Normal School within the Alabama State University System, and is now the flagship university of the Troy University System.

Institutional Agreement was signed in February 2014; As a result of cooperation between universities, GIPA’s English language academic publication, entitled “Journal of Politics and Democratization” was created in 2016. The journal’s editorial committee comprises academic personnel from GIPA and Troy University, USA.
