Maastricht School of Management and the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding, in terms of which the two institutions aim to join hands in education and research.
The MOU was signed during a recent visit of a senior management team of the GIPA to Maastricht. The team included Professor Marine Ioseliani, the Rector of GIPA, Ms. Nestan Tsitsishvili, the Dean of the School of Social Sciences, Ms. Irina Gorgiladze, the Dean of the School of Government, and Ms. Anano Gorgodze, the coordinator of the MBA program.
The intended collaboration of the two institutes will focus on provision of a joint / collaborative MBA program, collaboration in terms of a Master of Public Administration (within the context of MSM’s Global School of Governance that is being established) and joint research. Univesities will also cooperate in other directions.
