On 24 June, students of GIPA’s certificate programme in Pharmacy Management and Pharmaceutical Care visited Iovel Kutateladze Institute of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and participated in the workshop led by the Director of the Institute, Nana Gorgasali. Students were introduced to the structure of the Institute, its history and significance. They also visited the experimental production base and discussed its operational principles related to the development of drug technologies, reproduction, clinical studies and production of drugs for wider consumption.
The certificate course in Pharmacy Management and Pharmaceutical Care is the joint project of the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and the Society Knowledge. The course was launched in 2016 and represents a programme where practicing professionals use modern teaching methodologies and curricula to share their knowledge and experience with the students.
