GIPA's Art Factory’s Student Project – Ai Kubi

16 March, 2016

Ecologically clean, puzzle-like alphabet cube - Ai Kubi - can be assembled on a single plane or in a three dimensional form (cube). Shapes of the Georgian letters are cut out in each of the 8x8 sized puzzle pieces  (so that one can write the letter by tracing the pencil along the outline) as well as the letters of the Braille and Latin scripts (Latin alphabet can include the options for multiples languages, for example: Abkhaz, Armenian or Azerbaijani). At the first stage, puzzle with be designed to be bilingual – in English and Georgian languages including the Braille script.

The authors of the idea are the students of the bachelor’s programme in art.
