David Chochua’s passing caused an indescribable shock among GIPA’s faculty, staff and students. Dato used to teach at our university at the programme of international relations from the very day of its establishment. He was one of the most remarkable young lecturers,distinguished by his superb intelligence, virtue and friendliness. Because of these merits he was exceptionally loved by his students. Dato was very successful in all his undertakings and his incredible vitality and love for life make his passing especially hard to believe. However great our grief caused by his demise, it cannot possibly come close to the pain felt by his family. We extend our condolences to everyone who knew and loved Dato, but most importantly, to his beloved family.
