On 1 December Trainings and Consultations Center of the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs held a master class in the frames of its certificate programme in Human Resource Management. The meeting was led by the Manager of the Evaluation and Career Growth Department at Silknet,ArchilIosebidze. In the course of the master class ArchilIosebidze shared with the audience his knowledge and personal experience related to evaluation methods and personnel development.
The meeting was concluded with a Q&A session. The certificate programme in HR management aims to teach the participants to have a broad view on the role and functions of HR, to use HR management skills in business, to support the introduction of changes in the organization and facilitate the optimisation of processes, to tailor systems, processes and working plans to the specific needs of individual businesses.
GIPA offers the said programme starting from 2014 and currently the count of programme graduates reaches 50.
