On 4 November, GIPA hosted Roman Ladus, Regulatory Reform Solutions Specialist of the USAID Project Governing for Growth (G4G) in Georgia.
During the meeting, Mr. Ladus talked about the concept of Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) Implementation in the context of policy making and law drafting process and international best practices on RIA implementation as well as Prospects of Georgia related to RIA Implementation in the context of policy making and law drafting in the country;
Roman Ladus is specialized in regulatory reform solutions, private sector policy formulation, implementation and impact analysis, with an experience of more than 15 years of working in projects funded by EU, USAID, UNDP, DFID, World Bank, IFC, other donors and private companies.
