On 8 October 2015, Event Hall at the Philharmonic will host the 21st diploma awards ceremony of the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA).
Distinguished guests of the event are: the President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili, US Ambassador in Georgia - Ian Kelly and other individuals invited from our partner universities abroad, embassies, various public, private and civil sectors. Several guests were awarded a prize for their contribution in the development of GIPA.
