On 6 October at 7pm professor at the University of Copenhagen, Poul Kjaer, will pay a visit to GIPA and deliver a public lecture for the students.
Topic of the lecture:
1. What is good governance? Formality and Informality in Transition Societies; What is a modern state? (a legal/social theory perspective on what we understand by a modern state dealing with Guys like Kant, Hegel, Tocqueville etc.).
