On 13 and 14 July, the Frontline Georgia club hosted presentations of the students’ projects prepared in the frames of the PR master’s programme initiative - “Fundraising and the development of a donor relations strategy for GIPA’s partner organizations”. Projects were supervised by professor Maya Mikashavidze and the MA programme coordinator Maka Sekhniashvili.
The following seven projects were presented at the event:
- GIPA alumni association and the annual donation campaign
- Creation of the student media association under the leadership of Radio GIPA
- New communications strategy with the TV company Artarea.
- Communications strategy with Zakaria Paliashvili Tbilisi State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet
- Alumni association of Z. Paliashvili Central Music School for the gifted and the annual donation campaign
- Supporting women affected by the flood in Vere valley in cooperation with the Women Information Center
- Supporting the Summer Film School of the National Film Center.
The presentation was attended by the heads of partner organizations, among those the Director of the National Film Center Nana Janelidze, Director of Artarea/TV Sopio Khuntsaria, Director of Z. Paliashvili Central Music School for the gifted Nodar Zhvania and the Deputy Director Esma Kiria. The head of the Women Information Center Elene Rusetski. They thanked students for their support and expressed their readiness to implement the proposed projects in practice. The projects will be carried out in the fall.
