GIPA ranks No.1 in the 4^th Tbilisi Pre-Moot for Willem C. Vis Moot Competition in International Commercial Arbitration

We are proud to announce that GIPA team for 22^nd Willem C. Vis Moot Competition comprising of Khatia Gogilashvili, Ketevan Givishvili, Darina Beridze and Mikheil Shatashvili was first Georgian team to win Tbilisi Pre-Moot! The Team ranked 1^st among 10 teams participating in 4^th Tbilisi Pre-Moot from different universities of Georgia, Belorussia, Latvia and Germany.

The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot fosters the study of international commercial law and arbitration among students from different countries. Competition is an annual event held since 1994 in Vienna, Austria and unites students, leading lawyer practitioners and scholars around the globe.

With the financial support of the university and its partner companies, GIPA team will participate in the final rounds in Vienna, Austria by the end of March 2015.
