Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) school of management carried out a study, with the aim of identifying the issues and the challenges of public service.
Research included interviews with senior public servants, including ministers and deputy ministers, medium and low-level employees of the sub-heads, representatives of non-governmental and donor organizations.
On Monday, October 20, 16 am at the presentation of the research was held at the Georgian Parliament’s National Library. The meeting also presented the concepts of public service in Georgia.
The event was attended by representatives of public and non-governmental organizations, donor organizations, and educational spheres.
