The project EquaStream, funded by the Swedish Institute, with a successful partnership of GIPA-
Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (Georgia), Luleå University of Technology _project owner (Sweden),
American University of Armenia (Armenia), University of Szczecin (Poland) and a research center _
Winnet Center of Excellence (Sweden) was completed.
The main goal of the project is to strive for excellence in research through gender-equal and inclusive
collaborations and strategic partnerships. Project activities included knowledge-sharing, testing and
implementing of the Genovate Toolkit and the Richer Business, tools for gender equality research and
innovation, created within the scope of academia at the Luleå University of Technology, in collaboration

and organizations that want to create more inclusive value chains in their businesses.
Within the framework of the project were organized regular online meetings and workshops. The
project participants presented the results of their testing at Project conferences in Tbilisi_ Georgia,
Erevan_ Armenia, and Luleå, Sweden.
The project EquaStream resulted in creating contextualized knowledge on the use of innovative
methods in partner universities, to contribute to internationalization, enhancing gender mainstream and
sustainable collaboration opportunities.
