The topic of the meetings was “Constitutional Transformations and Characteristics of Proportional Electoral System”.
Vakhtang Khmaladze is a constitutionalist and former Member of Parliament of Georgia.
He is distinguished with rich practical experience in both governmental and non-governmental sectors.
