Vladimir Napetvaridzе is a researcher and professor who specializes in artificial intelligence, electronic governance, and cybersecurity issues. He is currently a visiting Professor at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA), an Assistant Professor at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Political Sciences at Ilia State University. Additionally, as part of a UNHCR-supported project, he is a COI (Country of Origin Information) researcher for Right Georgia.
In 2024, he was a visiting researcher at Ghent University (under the Eureast Platform program), where he studied how European countries implement artificial intelligence in public administration processes.
His scientific research and publications focus on using artificial intelligence in public administration, cybersecurity, and the development of electronic governance. Napetvaridzе has published monographs and dozens of scientific articles in international journals.
Vladimir actively participates in international conferences and research projects.
