Ekaterine Shalutashvili holds two Master’s Degrees MPA from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) and MA from Shota Rustaveli Theater and a Cinema Georgia State University (TAFU). In 2017 she joined the GIPA lecturer team as a communication specialist with intensive experience in working
with major donor community in the country. She brought knowledge to the University through environmental projects implemented under the various capacity-building programs supported by the Donor community and covering the legislative and executive branches of the Government of Georgia.
