A brief description of the experience: 

He graduated from the Faculty of Geography of Tbilisi State University, majoring in "Economic Geography of Overseas Countries". He has 10 years of experience as a geography scientist, 20 years of experience as a diplomat (extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Iran, member of the OSCE mission in the Balkans) and 11 years of scientific-pedagogical work at TSU, Caucasus University, GIPA. He was a member of the Supreme Council of Georgia in 1990-92.

He is the author of more than 20 publications. Conducts public lectures. He was the head of the joint projects of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation and the Levan Mikeladze Foundation on European integration issues in and summary collections editor of various conference journal articles.
