Noshrevan Lomtatidze reads lectures on International Development at GIPA. He has an experience of working in Governmental and International organizations. He is currently the Deputy Director of the Department for International Economic Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. At various times Mr. Lomtatidze worked for the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, Cabinet for the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, World Bank (Washington D.C.) and the Embassy of Georgia in Tokyo. He holds Masters Degree in Public Administration in Economic Policy Management from the Columbia University (New-York, USA) and Diploma for International Relations from Tbilisi State University.
