A brief description of experience 

Master of Psychology. Elene has solid expeience  of working in  public, non-government and  international oreganizations and programs. She has multi - year experience in  managing, conducting and coordinating educational training as well as in the provision of  related consulting services.  Elene has  rich experience in developing, planning and organizing training modules and is experienced in   conducting focus groups  and sociological and media research.  She has been teaching in higher educational institutions of Georgia   for 11 years.   Elene has been cooperating with the National Examination and Assessment Center (developing   and assessing  tests  for teacher certification examinations  in professional skills,) the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth  (scale models of textbooks), and animal welfare organizations  (trainer-consultant) for many years.
