A brief description of the experience

Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, equivalent of a master's degree. Throughout my career, I have accumulated 44 years of practical experience in the educational system, including roles at Tbilisi State University, University of Georgia, Caucasus University, and Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). During this time, I have held various positions such as teacher, trainer, and administrator.

Additionally, I have 22 years of experience in conducting trainings on a range of topics including human resources management, development of managerial skills, service quality standards, effective communication, conflict management, and intercultural relations training.

Furthermore, I have 15 years of experience in managerial positions within the field of human resources management, serving in organizations such as Bank "Kartu", "Bank of Georgia", "Silkroad Bank", and LLC "Elit-Pro". In these roles, I have successfully overseen various aspects of HR management, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations.
