International Affairs Program

Summer School

The Summer School of International Affairs Program at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs is of interest to public officials and mid-career professionals, international and non-governmental sector employees, experts of international politics and for those, with general interest in international politics.. The course is also a good choice for the future MA Candidates in International Affairs Program at GIPA.

During this program students will be familiarized with the fundamentals of Comparative Politics and Diplomacy, with the structure and functions of International Organizations. To these ends, The Summer School offers a comprehensive study of the following issues:

• The History of Diplomacy
• Introduction to Comparative Politics
• International Organizations

The program duration is two months. Classes will be held four times a week. Upon the successful completion of the program, the students will be awarded with the certificate denoting the successful completion of the Program. The students, who in the future plan to continue their studies at GIPA International Affairs Program, will be able to fully transfer accumulated credits that will be counted against their total credit requirement.
During the course of study, students will have access to the library and its electronic recourses.
Interested applicants must submit the completed application form till  June 15th, 2009.

The tuition fee is 600 GEL
